As a guest, you may use our Event Management System (EMS) to view the listing of facilities and space available for scheduling by selecting the "Browse" option on the menu bar above.
Request a Reservation:
Please review the General Guidelines and the policy for Community Use.
To submit an online reservation request, you must be a BYU-Idaho employee or student with an active EMS web scheduling account. Students with active accounts can schedule study/meeting rooms in the Manwaring Center and McKay Library.
- On the menu bar above, click on My Account
- Select Login and enter your login information. NOTE: The User ID is your complete email address.
Don't have an active EMS Web Scheduling account yet? (BYU-Idaho students and employees only):
On the menu bar above, click on My Account > Create an Account
